Shipping policy

Order Processing & Production Time All of our products are custom-made to order. Once your order is placed, the order is sent directly to our printing facility. Please allow 2 to 5 business days for your items to be printed, quality-checked, and packed before they are shipped out.

Domestic Shipping (USA) We offer a simple flat-rate shipping service for all orders within the United States (including APO addresses and US territories):

• Economy Shipping (5 to 10 business days): $7.50 USD

Note: The total time from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door is the production time plus the transit time (typically 7 to 13 business days total).

International Shipping We are proud to ship globally! International shipping is available and is calculated as a flat rate at checkout based on your destination region.

Please be aware that international transit times vary significantly depending on the destination and local customs processing.

• Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Ghostland Shop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking Once your order has finished production and leaves the facility, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically become active within 24 hours.

Lost or Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@ghostlandshop.com with photos of the damaged item and the packaging so we can help resolve the issue and arrange a replacement.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office, and contact the shipping carrier directly to investigate.
